Foreigners, bring your favorite translation app for the menu. I tried the miso ramen, the chicken cutlet curry, and the vegetables. Vegetarians, make sure you let them know you don’t want meat in your vegetables. It’s tasty, filling, and affordable. 10/10 recommend.

Brilliant food (home cooked style). You'll probably need to read Japanese for the menu (though it was easy enough with Google translate). The staff are very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. This feels like a little hidden gem. Recommended. Though like elsewhere in Japan, you might need to accept other customers smoking indoors.
