The noodles are thin, curly, chewy and delicious. By the way, we also have miso ramen and salt ramen. The miso noodles are thick and have plenty of vegetables, making them hearty and delicious. Salt ramen has thin noodles just like soy sauce ramen, and you can taste the refreshing soup stock directly, so this is also recommended. There are many other menu items such as stir-fried vegetable set meal, ginger grilled rice, cutlet bowl, fried chicken bowl, etc., but it's really delicious no matter what you eat.
