We were lucky that the restaurant could take us in despite no reservation as they had tour group bookings that day. In fact, we were given a private room! Food and service were great. We had the basic shabu shabu set. One set of japanese beef and one set of local Mount Fuji pork.

The tonkotsu ramen is great. The roasted pork is also very nice, it melts in your mouth. The staff is friendly. The restaurant has an English menu card for the foreign visitors.

I ran into an internet celebrity restaurant by Lake Yamanaka and ordered the eel set meal. A whole eel seems to be the key to the sense of smell and taste. The restaurant enthusiastically introduced three ways to eat the eel set meal, which is delicious. The high-end Japanese ingredients are paired with Japanese light music, which is really singing and full of flavor. Highly recommended 👍
