Department store on the 5th floor of Celeo at Kofu Station I had miso spicy ramen. I thought it would be too thin and soft, but it wasn't too soft and was just right, and the first bite of the soup had a sea-like flavor that I thought was bonito flakes. There are only popular menu items and it's really delicious.

It gets crowded at lunchtime, so it's a good idea to go a little later. Even though I ordered a large portion, it wasn't quite enough for me personally, but I was satisfied and it was delicious. I don't often go to Kofu Station, so I don't know when I'll be able to go next time, but the last time I ate there, I had ramen with my father. It's a pretty memorable store. Apparently they have almond tofu and green leaf pudding, so it might be good after a meal. There are medium and large sizes, and the medium size should be enough for most people. The large portion is a good portion, so it's recommended to fill your stomach. You can choose salt, soy sauce, etc., but salt may be more delicious.
