The hoto here is delicious. I have lived in Kofu before, but I felt that it was more delicious than any restaurant I ate at that time. It may be nostalgic too. The customer service was polite and I never had to wait. That doesn't mean it's empty. Even if you don't ask for more water, they will notice and pour it, and the service is excellent. The simmered dishes were also delicious and I was very satisfied! Due to the location, I don't think I'll come often, but I'm sure it's a store I'd like to revisit if I stop by nearby.

I had Osara Naru Koshu-style shredded tsukemen! 880 yen! The portions are average, the udon noodles have just the right amount of chewiness, and they are eaten by dipping them in a soup containing sweet joppai onions and fried tofu. It was delicious. My wife had the pumpkin hoto. 1,210 yen It seems to be smoother and lighter than Kosaku. Although the pumpkin was melty, it didn't melt completely and was packed in all sorts of pieces. The hoto is not powdery and seems to be more hoto than udon. There is time to simmer the hoto for 15 minutes before serving. However, to enjoy that time, there was a buffet of side dishes and simmered dishes and salads that tasted like the countryside, so the time passed in the blink of an eye! The inside of the store was clean and there was a washroom and a smoking area! Also, the water is delicious! ! I wonder why, the water is delicious. Honestly speaking, I wish there was paper like towels. When you eat hoto or udon, you tend to jump. Thank you for the meal.
