Lovely restaurant.. very delicious food we didn't know what to order, just point out from Google and everything was awesome!

I was looking for a restaurant in the Isawa Misaka area to have some eel for a family celebration and found this place. I don't like eel, so I liked that they had a variety of menus, including soba, set meals, and rice bowls. I read in the reviews that there is only one person who prepares the food, and depending on the situation, it may take some time to serve the food, so I made a reservation in advance for ``Unajyu'' which seemed to take a long time. Since we had made a reservation and there were no other customers as it was right after the restaurant opened in the evening, we were able to receive our food in a reasonable amount of time. Domestic eel is reasonably priced and the portion is perfect. My family was happy that it was very delicious. The "Chicken Tendon" I ordered was also very filling and the tempura was crispy and delicious.

To avoid traffic jams on the Chuo Expressway, we got off at the Ichinomiya-Misaka Interchange and had dinner. I chose the mini bite-sized katsudon set from a menu that also included eel. It's served like a sauce cutlet bowl, and has a distinctive sweetness with the accent of black pepper. It was freshly fried and piping hot, so much so that you could enjoy the aroma of soy sauce. The soba noodles in the set are made with domestically produced stone-ground soba noodles in a ratio of 7 parts, and have a smooth texture and a chewy texture. It tastes like buckwheat flour, but goes well with the soup, which has a strong flavor.
