Fuefuki, Yamanashi, Japan｜鳥勢

I heard it for the first time today. We had horse sashimi, yakitori platter and horse muscle stew, all of which were excellent. Stewed horse muscle was not on the menu, but it was recommended by the master, but it was sweet and spicy and went great with sake. The horsemeat sashimi seems to be purchased as it is, not frozen, and it had a very good color and was delicious. The yakitori was also well cooked and delicious. The atmosphere of the store was good, and the master recommended Yamanashi's seasonal fruits and wine. I would like to take care of you when I stay nearby. I don't have a picture because my purpose was to enjoy sake, but it's definitely delicious, so I definitely want you to go. The last order is at 20:00 and the shop closes at 21:00, so we recommend coming early.

The horse sashimi and horse liver sashimi were excellent. It was the most delicious horse sashimi I've ever eaten. The yakitori platter and the finishing touch, the chicken bowl, are also delicious. This is a shop I'd like to visit again if I'm in the area.

It was a very pleasant master. It is a long-established store that has been in business for over 40 years. I have stayed at Isawa Onsen many times, but I missed this store. I will come to eat again. It was very delicious.
