Visited for the first time in several years. This is a long-established hoto shop with a long history. The interior of the store is decorated with old armor and other items, which is a nice touch. When the weather is nice, you can also see Mt. Fuji from the window. 📷 There's more to the menu than hotou.

It's an impressive store! The surprising atmosphere and items that are reminiscent of Yamanashi and Kai Province. Offal, horse sashimi, hoto, whatever you eat is delicious.
