Great family and delicious pasta

A shop located on top of the mountain in Yamanashi Salt Mountain. The road to the store is narrow and there are only a few spaces in the parking lot, so you will need to make a reservation if you are driving. We also recommend traveling with a small car. The salad is topped with a gentle dressing that allows you to enjoy the taste of the vegetables themselves. The pasta is homemade noodles and can only be tasted here. I have been to Kazahana many times, but the taste and atmosphere cannot be found in Tokyo, and it is so delicious that you will want to eat there again and again.
