Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, Japan｜Momijitei-Hoto

Very tasty country, would recommend the beef hobo combo with the tempura. The black been tofu would be a 6 out of 5 if possible and the fried chicken deserves a solid 4.5

We spontaneously had lunch at this Hoto Fouto Restaurant, because it was on our way between sightseeing spots alongside Lake Kawaguchiko. They offer several options and variations of Hoto Fouto, Udon noodles (cold or hot in a soup) and Soba noodles (also cold or hot). You can have it either as a standalone dish or as a set including a variety of smaller side plates. Everything we had was great. We also liked the sesame tofu with soy sauce. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a good laugh together. Definitely a great place to be with a very short waiting time outside in the shade.

The reviews caught my eye and here i am, it’s really rare experience to taste the horse sashimi and it’s good! ( btw the recommendation menu in google doesn’t have horse options so i put beef instead , not trying to mislead tho)
