Very great small Italian restaurant with one of the best Spaghetti Carbonara’s I’ve ever eaten. The chef cooks and serves by himself and serves a variety of good Italian and Italian inspired dishes.

I visit Fujiyoshida quite alot because of my wife. When I am there I always have at least one meal here. This is a one man operation in what was an akiya before he converted it. It only has three tables of four but the atmosphere is great. This is not a place for a fast meal give your self at least 2 hours to eat. The dishes don't always come out together but they are worth the wait, have the pate and the mussels in white wine. The wine list is great. Love this place.
