Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan｜Hachiryu

Classy Chinese. They don't have the strong taste of Chinese food in town, but they are all authentic. I wonder if the ramen will lose to the ramen shop. Feels like old ramen. Fried rice is good.

The atmosphere of the store is good, and the mom and husband are kind and helpful. The classic gyoza, noodles, crab balls, mapo tofu, etc. are all delicious and I look forward to them every time I come to Lake Kawaguchi❗️

The inside of the restaurant is so clean that you can't believe it's a Chinese restaurant. Yet it's cheap and delicious.
