Wonderful service, great views, and delicious food. Very worth a detour to dine here! Follow their wine pairing recommendations.

We went for dinner without booking but the receptionist welcomed us. She mentioned that the restaurant would encourage customers to book in advance so that she could arrange a pianist to play for dinner! Food was absolutely fantastic. Both roast beef and grilled steak are must-try menu items. The restaurant ambience is classic with warm lights and beautiful mountain views. By the way, the name of the restaurant is Kaze (not Fu), which means 'wind' in Japanese.

Locally sourced food, Japanese, fresh, simple but bright Japanese western influenced food, presented in a beautiful setting with some amazing wine choices! Unforgettable experience. Making reservations is recommended but we called 10 minutes before and they gave us a table with a view.
