Delicious! Everything was great, especially tempura.

I asked for boar hoto, which was usually served in the past, and it was served to me. I'm sorry that the tongs in the picture get in the way, but there are plenty of natural wild vegetables inside, and I was impressed by the rich, rustic flavor. Naturally, they had stopped offering wild boar meat, but it contained thawed wild boar meat. That said, it was nice to eat wild boar meat for the first time in a while. Also, the pickled wild vegetables (and the pickled cucumber next to it) on the bottom right of the hotou were very delicious. For those of us who love natural wild vegetables, we think this is a good restaurant that brings out the flavors of wild vegetables and offers delicious dishes. The well water was smooth and refreshing, and since it was hot when I visited, I had to refill it several times. This is a restaurant that you definitely want to stop by when you come to Fuefuki City, which has more than the opening hours mentioned in other reviews. It was really delicious.

I stopped by to eat soba noodles for lunch. I was able to eat precious mushrooms that are hard to eat! I want to go again. Venison hoto, seasonal tempura Salt-grilled sweetfish, all of them were very delicious!
