More Comments at Google MapI visited this place with high reviews to have lunch between Yamanomiya Onsen and Benitsubaki-no-Yu while visiting hot springs. It seems to be a popular store, so I arrived a little before opening and waited, but it was a Friday in mid-January, and there were only two customers. I ordered the yakitori that is not on the skewer and the bamboo steamer, which is a popular menu, but I was surprised at the price of 510 yen for the bamboo steamer! First of all, the yakitori came out first, but there are 6 large slices of yakitori on a skewer, which is 5 to 6 times larger than a slice of yakitori on a regular skewer, and 610 yen, which is higher than a seiro, is satisfying. And the taste is also wrapped in a deep umami sauce that seems to be homemade, plump and soft and delicious. I am convinced that it is popular. And what surprised me the most was the seiro. In Tokyo, thin soba noodles that are machine-cut are usually over 1,000 yen, but 510 yen is not enough for soba noodles served in a bamboo steamer. The buckwheat noodles that were cut slightly thicker by hand and the buckwheat flour were slightly coarse, and the moment I saw it, I was convinced that it was my strike soba. And if you put it in your mouth, you can't go wrong! Solid soba has a good texture and flavor and is very delicious! It is said that buckwheat noodles should be tasted through the throat, but personally, I can't agree with it at all. . And there are plenty of them, too. It is a satisfying amount even for an adult man. With this taste and this amount and price, I really want to go every day. If I come to Kofu again, I will definitely go there.
Only the place is a little difficult to understand, but when I visited just before the end of business hours, the shop staff was very pleasant. The food was delicious and I am so glad I visited!
I went there for the first time and it was very delicious. The soba had a gentle taste, and the mentsuyu had a slightly fragrant taste. Each piece of yakitori was about the size of a large fried chicken, so for 510 yen it was a very satisfying portion. Also, the staff at the store welcome you with kind and courteous customer service. This is a cool and comfortable Japanese-style restaurant.
