The chicken giblets at this restaurant are different from the Koshu ryucho giblets because they are pre-processed, so they don't have a strong odor, but they do have a bit of a chewy texture. Why not try it even if you don't like chicken offal? Perfect taste for me personally.

I went there for the first time. It looked expensive from the outside, but when I went there, I was satisfied and it was cheap, let's go again.
