Lovely people and a lot of fun making soba noodles together for our lunch! Highly recommended.

Fun soba making lesson and of the three staff one spoke English which was useful, but it is recommended to go with a Japanese speaking guide. Would love to come back.

2019.2 Hoto noodles, hand-made experience. After a walk in Oishi Park, we will take Yamanashi Prefectural Route 719 towards Kofu and Fuefuki. After leaving the Wakahiko Tunnel, go for about 5 minutes and you will see the store on the left. Large buses can also be parked. The experience time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (including adding ingredients and simmering). The noodles are about 110 grams per person, is it more or less? Apart from that, the portion was quite large🎵The dashi soup was based on Koshu miso, but it was delicious with plenty of vegetables such as pumpkin, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and taro. Although it is a separate experience facility, it is designed to remind foreigners of the Japanese countryside, and is sure to create good memories. This is a place I would definitely recommend. (^^;
