Great place for lunch after sightseeing around. We came around 2pm and there was a short 20min wait but we were seated very quickly. The prawn tempura was highlight, with big juicy prawns in a light batter. There was no oily taste. We also had the pork noodles and the broth was thick and savoury

I only ended up in this restaurant as this is the only place with decent reviews nearby. But it certainly exceeded my expectations. One of the best meals I had in Japan. The pumpkins are delicious and the ingredients all taste fresh.

So amazing, we went at 2pm on a Thursday (22/12/22) and was seated straight away. The pumpkin hota had great flavours and tasted so healthy and wholesome, it is also very filling. For me I loved the jumbo prawn tempura don, the pickles are the perfect accompaniment to the prawns. Also each prawn was huge, I would estimate at least 70grams excluding the coating and very fresh. I loved the miso soup that came with the dish. Parking outside and there is both traditional and table seating.
