Yamanakako, Yamanashi, Japan｜Sanrakuen

I went there for lunch on a weekday, and I was very satisfied with the well-cooked, melty hoto! ! It was very reasonably priced compared to the so-called famous stores catering to tourists. There were some comments about the customer service, but a young woman took care of them, so I didn't have any particular stress. Since it's a private store, it's acceptable to have to wait a little longer. Oh my, it was delicious!

The breath of autumn surrounds Yamanakako, a chance encounter on the journey. The meals in the store are very warm, and a cup of hot tea can drive away the cold air by the lake. My wife ordered Tsukimi soba noodles, which are very tough. The noodles are dipped in rich egg yolk and have a bit of light noodle soup, which makes this bowl of noodles have charming layers. The next order was the parent-child rice bowl. The soft and juicy chicken and the smooth egg liquid were delivered to the mouth along with the rice, which made people feel very satisfied. Both meals were extremely well executed and will make me want to visit again. Thanks to the store for the hospitality.

We had an unexpectedly delicious meal! Hirekatsu's meat was thick but soft, and Tendon's fried food had a good balance with the sauce :) It took a while for the food to come out as there was only one woman serving it, but it was an old-fashioned restaurant where you could really feel the local atmosphere. If you take the Kava bus, I highly recommend eating here!
