Fuefuki, Yamanashi, Japan｜Bier Krug

Absolutely a five star restaurant in the region. Chef himself has to serve and cook. The dishes are mainly France-based but the taste is absolutely full if Japanese style. Personally I strongly recommend the pasta and the pork dishes. In Japanese the pork is called 甲州富士桜ポークのベーコンステーキ. The meat is a bacon cooked in a fantastic taste with the chef's master skill. The side dish are also well prepared with dedication seen. This restaurant is surely a reason to come again to this town.

Visited attracted by German cuisine Due to the corona virus, the food was divided from the beginning to the number of people, but everything was beautifully arranged and I could feel the politeness of the work. My husband doesn't usually praise me very much, but he said it was good. I was very impressed with how clean the restrooms were. Husband and wife? You can see how serious the work is! I would have liked to have a beer if it was nearby

I visited Kofu for the first time with my wife for lunch because I had business in Kofu during the summer vacation. German beer seemed to be on sale and there were various menus, but I gave up because I was a driver. The salad was 600 yen and it was colorful and very delicious like the picture. Pizza, pasta and gratin are all above standard and very satisfying! It seems to be run by a couple, but isn't it a hidden famous restaurant? It was a shop that I would like to visit again.
