I had been interested in it for a while, but I didn't have a chance to stop by, so this was my first time. There is also a set menu, which starts at around 1,000 yen, but I think it's a good value. I had the hoto and my guest had the fillet cutlet, but the noodles were not lumpy and the soup had a good mix of dashi and miso, and it wasn't too miso-y so I finished the soup. The fillet cutlet was also very delicious, the customer said with a smile. The atmosphere of the shop and the smiling customer service that doesn't make you feel bad will liven up your precious time. Although small children are not allowed, you can enjoy a calm meal. It is one of the few good restaurants these days where adults can enjoy a leisurely meal.

The interior of the store is clean and has a calm atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and the hoto was very delicious.

Summer hotou is also delicious.
