I visited on Saturday at 11:45 am because I was attracted by the Inokotsu Ramen. There were no customers ahead of me so I was the first to arrive. I think the boar bone ramen has a rich and warming flavor, and the chewy noodles go well together. I think it can't be helped that the boar meat topping is tough because it's made from game meat. Next time I will try the miso ramen. The master was friendly and kind.
