I've been a fan ever since I ate grilled corn here last year. Today I came all the way from Tokyo (east side of the 23 wards) to eat grilled corn here. The variety used is ``Megumi'', which has a strong sweetness, it has to be cooked to the right degree so that even the burnt part is fragrant and can be eaten, and it goes well with the soy sauce that is applied. These pieces fit together like a puzzle to form a delicious dish. Also, the bottled sansho chirimen sold in the store seems to be delicious (I haven't tried it because I don't like sansho), and my companion bought it again this time.
