A soba restaurant located on the 1st floor of Roadside Station Kai Yamato! This shop has a sign that says ``The birthplace of soba cutting.'' It also says it was handmade. I ordered grated soba noodles, but I guess the water is fundamentally delicious. The texture was firm and a little chewy, which was just right for me. The soba itself is thicker than Sarashina soba, a little thinner than the so-called country soba, and has just the right thickness and firmness. I thought it would have been more fragrant if it was mixed with seeds, but I don't think it tastes bad at all. Even though the soba soup is Kanto type, it is on the darker side, perhaps because of the water? It's surprisingly refreshing. The spicy daikon radish was so fresh and spicy that it was truly delicious! Is this radish addictive? ! The price is a little high! The staff's service is average considering it's a roadside station. The inside of the store is tidy, but the building itself is undeniably old.

It was my first time to eat here. I've never been there before because it's usually after hours or sold out, but this time I made it in time. It's located at the roadside station Kai-Yamato.

Michi-no-Eki Koshu Yamato Soba restaurant Ajidokoro Sobanomihe The soba noodles here are very delicious. The seasonal tempura was mountain vegetables. I ordered additional maitake mushrooms and they were really delicious. Above all, I am impressed by the response of the staff. After the customer leaves, the speed of alcohol disinfection and preparations to welcome the next customer is very fast. It was a store with a sense of life. I will ask again
