I wanted protein on my way back from mountain climbing, so the store originally didn't have meat in it, but I forced them to add pork and chicken. (thank you very much) The soup had a rich miso flavor and was so delicious that I drank it up to the end. Thank you for the meal♪

The tsukemen hoto was delicious. I drank the dipping sauce. Next time I want to try the horse sashimi set meal.

After a drive, we had lunch. I ordered horse sashimi, stewed chicken meat, chilled hot peppers, and grilled rice balls. The taste of horse sashimi and torimatsu stew was as expected, but the chilled hoto was delicious. There was no meat, so it was simple with vegetables and miso flavor, but when I added grilled rice balls with the leftover soup, it turned out to be ojiya style, and it was delicious as well. The wife was also very personable and easy to talk to.
