I received the miso flavored pumpkin hoto. The flat noodles and thoroughly stewed pumpkin are insanely delicious. The fried mushrooms and flavor are also delicious. Are palate cleansing pickles also bran pickles? It can be used as an accent sometimes. The hand-baked pudding I received after the meal is an original made here.
