Delicious homemade country-style cooking! Ordered Hoto, a soup/stew unique to Yamanashi made with fresh vegetables, meat, wide udon noodles, and miso based broth. Had mine with いのしし (wild boar). Restaurant located in an old house makes for pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

The taste of foods are so authentic. Very friendly and caring people. I felt like I am eating at my home!

This is my second visit. The horse sashimi was so delicious last time that I ordered a second helping, and today I ordered another as well! I like Miyabi's horse sashimi. Fresh and sweet. Other than that, the dashimaki tamago was voluminous and had just the right amount of seasoning, which even I, a Kansai person, enjoyed. The boiled tofu also contains oysters! The ponzu sauce, which seems to be homemade, is gentle and refreshing, and the taste and volume are incredible considering it's only 550 yen. The tofu was a little cold, but it was great. The fried squid was delicious, but considering the cost performance of other menu items, it felt like a normal luxury. I forgot to take a photo, but the ginger grilled meat was also hearty and had a nice salty plum flavor! The loin fillet comes in large cuts. And mushroom hotou. I can't explain it, so please try it! The sashimi konnyaku is also beyond the level of garnish! The highball also didn't have much ice, but it had a good consistency and was served in a medium mug glass. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing, just like being at home without worrying about anything strange. If it was nearby, I would go there at least once a month. I would like more people to visit the Great Bodhisattva Ridge! (I don't want it to be crowded, but...)
