When we first went inside and took a seat, the husband explained about the soup and said that you can choose the flavor of the soup except for the bike ramen. However, this time I had the chance to eat the bike ramen.The bike ramen contains horse meat, and the meat was soft and the soup was light and delicious. The gyoza was light but had a strong garlic flavor, so I finished it in no time, and the fried rice was quite large and I was very satisfied. My first time at Nakamuraya🎶 I had the famous bike ramen! The ramen is light soy sauce-based, and the soup has just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness, making you want to drink it all!
