Located in front of Enzan Station, the inside of the store is clean and you can eat in a calm atmosphere. The hoto had a strong and crunchy miso flavor 🙂 It was delicious with lots of big vegetables 🥰 It’s great on a cold day 👍

I stopped by on my way back from mountain climbing! Homemade hoto was really delicious! ! I’m glad you let me drop by.

I visited just before lunch time after taking a day trip to Enzan Onsen after climbing Daibosatsumine Tendomari. It was a very hot day, so I had a draft beer first! I'm happy to have a side salad in the morning. I was torn between simmered chicken and horse sashimi as an appetizer, but ended up choosing sashimi konnyaku instead. It was delicious with the green lettuce mixed in and there is about 2 servings. It seems to go well with Japanese sake. I really wanted to try some hoto, so this time I ordered ``ozara'' with less noodles. There are so many ingredients, you can drink alcohol with these ingredients during the cooler months. The owner was kind and it was a restaurant I would return to if I was going to eat in front of Enoyama Station.
