Best udon I’ve ever had, well worth the wait. The udon maker is friendly and takes great pride in his work!

At first glance, it looks like an ordinary private house, but the interior is larger than it looks, and the parking lot is also spacious. We arrived right after they opened at 10am on a Saturday, and most of the tables were occupied. You might be able to eat without waiting if you come a little earlier than going at lunchtime. The udon noodles were extremely thick and salty and very delicious. If you eat it just like regular udon, your mouth will fill up quickly. The clerk was bright and kind. I would like to stop by again when I come to Yamanashi.

Simply put, udon is so chewy and hard that it hurts your jaw, but the more you bite into it, the more the sweetness and flavor of the wheat comes out, so you'll have to eat it desperately. It will be difficult to look up from the plate as you are busy chewing while eating. If you want to experience the deliciousness of this restaurant, we recommend having it chilled, which will make your jaw muscles ache. If you put two sticks in your mouth, you might get stuck in your throat, so carefully fight each stick one by one. Mogomogo, it's delicious. Before I knew it, I was playing Kaedama and fighting for my second cup, and when I looked up for the first time in a long time, I saw my husband peeking over the counter and saying, ``Wow, that's amazing. It's tough at home, isn't it? It's cold too. 'And a compliment? It was done. Oh, I want to go eat there again!
