A so-called Yoshida udon restaurant. Visited for lunch on a weekday. Since it was summer vacation, there were many families with their children. I had a good time chatting with the staff at the shop, so it felt like a shop where people from the neighborhood could easily come. I ordered a large bowl of udon noodles with meat, and it arrived in a retro colander. It has a strong chewiness that is typical of Yoshida udon, but it's softer than other shops, so I personally prefer it this way.

Visited in November 2022. Parking is possible in front of the store. I feel like it's loved by the locals. It was delicious! (vocabulary)

I stopped by after going around Mt. Shakushi and Mt. Karome. I chose this because it was the easiest to get to based on my itinerary, and it turned out to be the correct choice. What caught my eye most was that the other customers were mostly local families. I think the fact that there are many locals means it's a delicious restaurant. Only people came by car. Even if I ordered the most expensive meatball udon, it was 500 yen. Although there are only a few types, the prices are very low, which is probably proof that it is loved by the locals. The waiting time for delivery is short. The noodles are thick and hard and have a strong chewiness, which is clearly a characteristic of the dish. The miso flavored soup wasn't too thick so I was able to drink it all. The chili pepper with Japanese pepper on the table was also a nice accent. It's a simple, family-run store where you don't even hear a ``welcome'' when you enter the store, and just go up without asking, and the water is self-service. There are 9 low tables for 4 people, all in tatami rooms. I was a little taken aback, but when I asked, ``Does this also have Yoshida udon?'' she said, ``Yes, but it's not Yoshida around here.'' I liked the restaurant.
