I found this while driving around Yamanashi. I wanted to eat Yoshida udon, so I got the meat tsukemen. Both the firmness and dipping sauce were to my liking. The customer service from the aunt and sister was also good. I will go again.
Meat kinpira at Yoshidaya, a Yoshida udon restaurant behind Otsuki Station. Burdock kinpira, meat, and cabbage are strong yet chewy noodles. However, the noodles are delicious and not powdery at all. The soup has a dark color, but it is not salty and delicious. The seasoning of meat and burdock kinpira was also good. I tried both sesame suridane and chili pepper suridane as condiments on the table, but I liked the sesame suridane. To be honest, I really liked it. It was delicious. When I checked the location on google maps, it was really close to the station in a straight line, but there was no road, so I had to cross the railroad tracks and walk about 1km ^^; It was a udon that I thought was good to eat even if I walked 2 km round trip.
