This is the best udon restaurant in Japan that I have visited many times. ◯◯The soup stock is so good that there is no need to talk about it. I want you to throw away your preconceived notions like "If you come to Yamanashi, go to Hoto." The parking lot can also stop a number of cars Even if the inside is full, there is actually seating outside

About the store: The inside of the store is based on wood grain, giving you a local feel. When I came to the store (around 12:00 on Sunday), it was already full, so I waited in the store for about 10 minutes. There was a line waiting outside right behind me, so depending on your timing, you might have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. By the way, everyone inside the store was required to take off their shoes. Regarding udon: I had the meat udon (600 yen) and mixed rice set (200 yen). It seemed like the last bowl of mixed rice was available, so I couldn't order one for my companion. If you want to eat mixed rice on holidays, you may need to arrive before 12:00. Both were extremely delicious. The Yoshida udon that I had previously eaten at another restaurant was quite chewy and I had a hard time finishing it all. However, the udon here was chewy yet easy to eat, and went perfectly with the meat that came with it! In addition, I don't usually have a chance to eat mixed rice, so I was happy to be able to eat it for the first time in a while. I would love to try it again when I'm nearby.

10/24 First entry after 11:00 For first-timers, the road is narrow, so it's hard to understand, but if you trust the navigation, you'll arrive. Kakiage topped on a large size of meat udon. The taste changes when you add condiments, so it is recommended.
