The hotou restaurant I've always wanted to go to! After overcoming many mountains, we finally arrived 😅 I ordered the special hoto. Shrimp, scallops, pumpkin, potatoes, lots of vegetables, country miso, and it's delicious! I'm so impressed with the delicious hoto 😭 It was worth coming. I already get home and want to eat it again 😅 I could feel the love on the menu 🤭 I don't have a chance to go there often, but I'll definitely stop by again 😊 It was a delicious meal 😌

You can relax and enjoy delicious hoto while looking out at the elegant courtyard. The jumbo silk pods that came with it were refreshing and went well with the heavier hoto soup.

The spacious interior, which resembles an old folk house, has tatami mats and table seats. You can choose whichever you like. In addition to the regular type of hoto made with homemade miso, There are curry, spicy, and yumori (kamaage udon style dipping sauce). I went on a cool day between days of intense heat, so Even though it was midsummer, I was able to enjoy the food without sweating. In addition to hoto, we also have many a la carte dishes, I think it's worth checking out the items recommended by the restaurant (on the day, it was tofu hamburger and fried chicken). Both were delicious, but The ``onion pickled in Shiba style'' garnish was delicious. This time I ordered "special hotou", I'm looking forward to trying another hoto next time.
