You can eat orthodox Yoshida udon. ・The noodles are hard. (If you ask for cold dipping sauce, they will remind you lol) ・The soup has a miso flavor and has more of a bonito flavor than dried sardines. ・The meat is horse meat, with a deep and sweet flavor. Was it a dance hall in the past? ,snack? ! So, I can see the remains of it on my way to the toilet lol I like it♪ I would like to try spicy udon at least once!

The chewy thick noodles were very delicious. Another attraction is the cozy atmosphere.
