Yamanashi new specialty? I got Raho! Ramen soup with hoto noodles. It is a noodle dish with tremendous potential. Ramen soup goes well with hoto noodles! However, only the equipment has room for improvement lol If you really stick to it, it will become a proper selling point.

Both the soup and chicken char siu were excellent. Somehow it feels nostalgic, but I felt it was more elegant than the Chinese noodles I ate in the past.
