The udon is handmade, and the noodles are lumpy and thick, giving it a unique texture. I've never eaten udon like this before, so I think I came to a good restaurant. The price was 500 yen for meat udon. Nowadays, there are fewer things you can eat with one coin, so I think it's valuable in that respect. Please note that the opening hours are short. The staff at the restaurant are local mothers, so it felt like eating local cuisine in a homely place.

A long-established restaurant near the linear motor car tour hall serving authentic Yoshida udon. The authentic Yoshida udon is firmer than Musashino udon, and you can feel the taste of the noodles themselves. Even if you look at the menu table, the highest is 550 yen. The maximum order is 750 yen, which is an extra 200 yen for a large serving. This time I ordered a large portion of eyeball udon for 650 yen! This value made my jaw tired. The spiciness that came with it was delicious with an accent. Please do try that out.
