Omachi, Nagano, Japan｜そば処 いろり

Soba noodles used to be my least favorite food, and I fell in love with soba noodles after eating at this store! The water is good, but Shinshu hand-rolled buckwheat is different. On a cold winter day, this store in the hot spring township is lit up, and the simple and warm dishes give me a happy feeling.

Grandpa grandma ganbatte! Rustic and charming :D
