Minamimaki, Nagano, Japan｜Furusato

I'm glad that my favorite food restaurants have increased. I had the zaru soba and spring tempura platter, and Tsure had the Yatsugatake rice (five-grain rice) dessert (brownie). First of all, regarding the soba noodles, this was my first time eating soba from Kawakami Village, and the aroma, taste, and texture were all excellent. The soup is slightly sweet and not too salty, and the bonito flakes really stand out. It is quite different from Edomae. I think I prefer this one. And tempura. It's fried well with new oil. The wild vegetables were delicious, and the asparagus was also very flavorful. However, what impressed me the most was the turnip. Turnips are so delicious! I realized this again. Of course, if you eat fresh and good food freshly fried, it might be natural. I also had a small bite of the tsure side dish, and it was very carefully prepared, and although it wasn't fancy, it was a soothing taste. Among them, the simmered flower beans are outstanding. Not only is it cooked fluffy, the liquid in the bowl is clear and not cloudy, and it has a beautiful finish, but it melts in your mouth in no time, and yet the aroma and flavor of the beans come through well. I hesitate to make this at home when I think about the time and effort it takes. Yatsugatake Gohan's dessert brownie is not too sweet, but rich. It goes well with sweet summer peel. It's far away (4 hours from my house), so I don't get to visit often, but I would like to visit again in the summer or fall.

It was a very historical building with beams and pillars, and it was very nice that the attic was lit up so that you could see it. As expected of Nagano ✨ The soba noodles were fragrant and delicious 🍀 My husband always says that he won't be full unless he asks for two items at a soba restaurant, but here it was just right for one person.

A shop along 141 where you will be interested in "Mago wa Yasashii". When I entered the store, I was wondering what to do if it wasn't kind to everyone other than my grandchildren. It was nice to be able to enjoy various things like Yatsugatake lunch, but I wanted to eat warm soba, so I ordered Kakiage bowl and Kake soba! Worry about the mask case coming out ♪ The appetizer salad is also delicious with dried bonito. Overall, the taste was gentle, and the kakiage bowl was filled with seaweed tempura. Enjoy♪
