I had the ripe tomato and eggplant doria. I could smell the delicious smell of grilled cheese and knew that Doria had arrived. The béchamel sauce on the rice was nicely charred, and the melty texture of the cheese and juicy eggplant were a perfect match. The eggplant in particular had a great texture and a mellow taste. In addition, the sour taste of ripe tomatoes served as an accent and stimulated the appetite. This was my first time having it, but I highly recommend it 🤓

It's delicious and you can eat lots of vegetables. I definitely eat this when I go to Wakayama. We recommend the vegetable pizza. The bread that comes with the pasta set is warm and comes with anko and butter ^ ^ The salad dressing that comes with the vegetable pizza and pasta set is the same, but it's also delicious! The only drawback is that it comes out slowly. lol Still, I want to go again ^ ^
