Very friendly staff and nice food

It's downtown Chinese. Atmosphere is awesome. I wonder if the husband's dynamism is unique to Wakayama? That's what it feels like. I had the Chinese style katsudon and gyoza. First of all, the katsudon, the tonkatsu and rice are topped with a kind of bean paste containing shredded bamboo shoots and pork! It's no good! And gyoza! ! Handmade dumplings with condensed (hardened) ingredients! ! This is handmade! I can't help it! It's not a place you can easily go if you live in Hiroshima, but it's a shop that makes you want to conquer all the menus.

Stamina ramen was delicious with Chinese-style cutlet bowl. The Stamina Ramen had shrimp tempura and fried gyoza, which I was happy about. The Chinese-style katsudon was piping hot and delicious until I finished eating it. The cutlet was delicious and the toppings were also great. It was 100 yen more expensive than the menu photo here, but 800 yen is fine.
