Gobō, Wakayama, Japan｜Maruyoshi

A restaurant where you can eat old-fashioned Wakayama Chinese noodles (Ide style) without going to Wakayama city. Of course it's delicious, but I think it's a comforting taste for old people who have a hard time with recent greasy and salty ramen.

Although it is light, the soy sauce pork bones still have a strong aftertaste. Wakayama ramen with a gentle taste. I visited with my 5-year-old son and took a seat at the counter. The store contacted us about bowls and forks for children. It was lunchtime and there were quite a few customers, but I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. It was a shop with a nice atmosphere.

It feels like the Wakayama ramen, but I felt it was just the right ramen, not too thick and not too thin. The set is also substantial. So I forgot to order mehari sushi🤣
