The cutlet curry is delicious. There are two points I would recommend. ①The curry itself is delicious It's a little spicy, and I think it's delicious for adults. As you can see from the image, the rice and curry are served on separate plates. Is the curry bowl stylish and shaped like a lamp? It looks like this. When sprinkled on it, the aroma of spices spreads and whets the appetite. ② The cutlet is crispy and lasts a long time The cutlet is very crispy. By applying curry only to the part of the cutlet that you are going to eat, you can keep the uneaten part of the cutlet from soaking in the curry and keep it crispy. I think the biggest advantage is that the curry and rice are served on separate plates.

I had Yuasa's specialty, Shirasu-don. Out of all the shirasu bowls I've had, this one was the most delicious. I liked that the set included whitebait and large Kishu pickled plums in a rice bowl, Kinzanji miso in a small bowl, and Yuasa's specialties. The whitebait was quite fluffy, with soft and plump flesh. The umeboshi seems to be homemade, fluffy and rather sweet. It's right near Yuasa Station, so you can easily stop by. Right in front of the store is Ajinoya Jozo Marushin, which sells many locally produced processed products that can be taken as souvenirs, so if you visit here while you're waiting, it might be a memorable experience.

I visited for the first time while living in the town. Curry was recommended, so I ordered cutlet curry. I don't think it's good for people who don't like spicy food, but it was just the right amount of spiciness. In this rural town, this level of curry was so good that it was a waste. There were 4 types of curry, but they were all the same price, so I would like to order the beef curry next time.
