It was a good idea to make a reservation before going to this restaurant, as it quickly filled up. The meat we ordered included the Kumano Beef Tasting Comparison Set, as well as ribs, loin, short ribs, thick-sliced salted tongue, and offal (small intestine). Overall, the prices were reasonable, and all the meat was of high quality and very delicious. As expected, the quality of Kumano beef is excellent, meltingly tender, and the elegant flavor of the meat and fat that overflows when you bite into it is irresistible. Even the cheaper Gyu Samurai Bara and Geta Kalbi were tender and juicy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Also, the offal had a good seasoning and was very tasty. And the arrangement is beautiful and careful. The quality of the meat stands out even more. There are two types of sauce available: miso sauce and soy sauce sauce, both of which are relatively light and not too heavy. It may not be enough for those who want to coat their meat with a rich sauce and rely on the rich flavor of the sauce to dig into the meal, but it gives the impression that the flavor of the high-quality meat stands out even more. The inside of the store is spacious, very clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Of course, the facilities are good, so you won't have a problem with smoke, and the parking lot is large, so I think it's very easy to use. I would like to repeat it again.
Three people came to the store on Sunday around 5pm. It's a popular and thriving store, but we arrived at 5pm and there were just a few seats available. The restaurant's atmosphere and customer service were both highly rated. There is also a generous manager, so the store has a warm atmosphere. All seats in the hall were at tables, so I was able to sit comfortably. The restaurant is run by a meat wholesaler, so you can enjoy rare Kishu Waka beef and Kumano beef.
