There is only one choice for lunch but it is delicious (there is a larger dinner menu). Soba served on a hot roof tile. The tile bakes the soba so you get a nice crunchy contrast in texture.

I visited for the first time in 4 years because I wanted to eat kawara soba, but it was still delicious.

It is delicious because it is made by hand, including the sauce, with a focus on local vegetables and ingredients sent directly from the production area. However, since it is made by one person, it may take some time when it is crowded, but it is a level that does not bother the drinker.
