My personal favourites include yellowtail, Spanish mackerel, cod milt, conch, scallop, cod milt with ponzu, and crab meat. Sushi plates on the conveyor belt are covered. Nice! 😃 Psst! The hardcopy menu has the English names of the sushi. There is also a game of chance that you can play - just drop 5 plates each time into the plate return slot below the hot water tap.
