Super delicious ramen! Best I have had in Japan so far, better then places in Tokyo for sure. Funny music planing, like 1990s American songs remixed or something, hah. But ramen was totally worth it! Great price too.

I ate the basic tonkotsu soup salt before, so today I chose tonkotsu soup soy sauce for 550 yen. It is positioned as Wakayama ramen. The soup is pork bone soup with soy sauce, the noodles are almost straight square noodles, and the ingredients are pork ribs, bamboo shoots, kamaboko, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions. The umami and richness of the dashi stock are effective, and although there is a slight tallow smell and strong saltiness, I think it is quite delicious. The char siu doesn't have a particularly fruity flavor, but it's simply delicious. In-store hygiene and corona countermeasures are good, and the hospitality noodles are polite and have a good impression. The price is very cheap, and you can also get grated garlic, fried garlic chips, and red pickled ginger. Regarding the smell of tallow and saltiness, I think that the good aroma outweighs the smell, and the saltiness and seasoning are well balanced. This price is astonishing for a cup with a fairly high degree of perfection. A total rating of 5 stars.
