It was around 12:00 and it was likely to be crowded, but it was relatively empty and I was able to enter the store smoothly. The tsukemen soup was seafood-based, but it had a strong taste and was delicious. The soup was simmering from the time it arrived, and I was able to enjoy it without cooling down to the end. Furthermore, by squeezing lemon into the noodles, we were able to enjoy the taste until the very end. Two types of char siu are topped by default, which was also a nice point. Thank you for the meal. If you want to enjoy the aroma and taste of the noodles without adding anything first, I think it would be better to order the normal noodles first. If you don't like rich spicy tsukemen, the noodles are sprinkled with chili powder, so please avoid this unfortunate encounter.

Ordered the thick tsukemen and the low-temperature cooking rare chashu rice bowl. The tsukemen was served warm and delicious as the dipping sauce was simmering. The low-temperature cooked rare char siu was also very delicious❕I personally was a little scared of the rawness, but it was fine. Tsukemen is very delicious and I want to eat it again ♪
