Katsuragi, Wakayama, Japan｜傳六

It seems to be pronounced "Denroku". This is a restaurant located on the roadside station Katsuragi Nishi (inbound). If I want to eat Wakayama ramen, I choose this place. Wakayama ramen seems to have very different tastes depending on the restaurant, but the ramen here is always delicious. The fried rice is also very delicious and recommended! It's my favorite so much that even when I'm driving in the opposite direction on the highway, I want to turn around and eat it. The parking lot is separate, but you can get there either from the expressway or from the road side. November 2019

I had the Wakayama ramen. I am new to Wakayama ramen. Isn't it for beginners like that? I imagined a strong taste like Tokushima ramen or a chain store where you can choose a certain rich / light taste, but it was quite light and gentle. I think there are probably more edgy famous restaurants, but it was just right for me. The price was reasonable at 650 yen, and the customer service was pleasant.

Wakayama pork ramen and fried rice are delicious. The soup is not persistent, and the pork is creamy. I like fried rice with a strong seasoning. Occasionally I use the Keinawa Expressway, but at that time I almost stop by. If it was in my neighborhood, I would go there every day.
