Hashimoto, Wakayama, Japan｜Chikara-udon

On my way to Koyashito but it was getting late (630pm - most shops are closed by then) so I exited at Hashimoto and found this diner 3 mins walk across the station. Super nice chef - although he doesn’t speak much English, there are some display the door front so I could still order food. Excellent tempura and soba noodles. I was lucky. Thank you Chikara Udon!

Cool! A great experience after the trip to Koyasan, we happened to visit this restaurant and the atmosphere of this place absorbed us immediately 🇯🇵❤️‍🔥 it was great. Food excellent, everything excellent

The udon here has a delicious clear soup stock! The charming couple's personalities are also great, and it was truly a great time! If you visit Hashimoto, you must try it!
